Hello people

I am about to fit a

kitchen which has a gap of only 70-80mm between the top of the wall units and the ceiling, in the past i have had a larger

space to work, so when fixing cornice i was able to screw down in to the units.
but with this kitchen the (ceiling filler)

fills the gap between the units and the ceiling completely so i dont have access. what is the smartest way of fixing this

filler?

Thanks Lewis

Lewis,

Welcome to the

forum.
It seems the best method here would be to fix from the underside of the units whilst holding your cornice in place.

Fit co-ordinated cover caps to hide the screw heads after fixing.
