We’re having absolute nightmares with a kitchen company called ******* *** Kitchens. Our installation started on the 4th November, and now on the 22nd December we still have units partially fitted, water leaks, holes in the wall and even some of the fitted units are broken. The work that has been done is of extremely poor quality. Most frustrating is it seems impossible to get them to come back and finish the work. I’m endlessly told, ‘absolutely, guaranteed the installers will be with you’ on such and such a day – and they just never turn up. With only 10% left to pay (I had to pay the balance when the kitchen was delivered) – there just seems to be nothing I can do to get them to come and sort the job out. If anyone has any advice as to how I can get them to actually finish the job I would be eternally grateful |

Lidders, I have edited out the name of the company you speak of here as it is a policy of this site to allow companies the benefit of the doubt in any dispute. However, we can and are happy to offer advice on your issue. service. What I must commend the company on is their 5 year guarantee that includes a one year installation guarantee. This is available for viewing on their website and your fist course of action is to ensure that they are certain to honour this. Their ten point customer care checklist is also a step in the right direction and one that seemingly covers all the issues you have raised. they remedy the faults. Please update us on your efforts here. Regards, Tim. |

Hi we are having the same problems with the same company, in our case the first fitted the kitchen at the end of september, they left us with bare wires , an uphill drain pipe, water dripping onto wiring, damage to a wall etc, they have been back to attempt to recify the situation several times now but the kitchen is still not complete and things are getting more and more damaged every time they try and fix them, ideally we would like our money back so we can start again |
