dear TFI very small kitchen, it is only approx 5 sqm it is open on one end, a wall on the other, the wall opposite where you walk through the opening, (too small for a door) and the left is an internal wall, behind it is the downstairs cloakroom with the stairs going up over the top. Now here is my problem at the moment we have afree standing oven which takes up a lot of room along with a combination heater on the wall, and we are trying to get the most out of our very small kitchen, we inherited it five years ago, and it is driving us mad, we are thinking of getting rid of our cooker and getting a hob and built in oven, we have got an electric hob, the cooker is gas, so we bought a electric hob so we could move it under the kitchen window, (with gas you cant !),in the corner. We are getting a double or single, we dont know yet although money wise a single is cheaper, and we were wondering can you sight it where you want. We are thinking of siting it at eye level on the left of the opening into the kitchen on the internal wall, the other side of the wall is the cloakroom, can we do this, or not, we are getting an electric oven, if not is it ok on the right under the window below the hob, any advice you could give would really help. |
