All,
I have a quick question on fitting regulations.
We are finally having our kitchen fitted. Where we are planning to move the hob to a position where a water pipe is running up the wall along side the hob. I live in a ground floor

flat which is in a converted house. The water is on a joint supply. The pipe supplies the flat above. I estimate the pipe will be about 6” to the right of the naked flame on the rear

burner. Does this break any fitting regulations and if so how do you propose I may get around the problem.

Thank you

No the pipe location is

not breaking any regulations for hob installation and clearances to look for in the manufacturing instructions are those for combustible material adjacent the hob if you choose to box

the pipe in.
