Hi first time in posting and I wish I had found this site prior to ordering a kitchen from the compnay I did, the first page is very informative and this would have prepared me prior to signing the contract. I ordered a kitchen on December 2005 and at present I am still waiting for this to be complete, the company do eventually come out and do some work and damage more of my property. The kitchen has co-ordinating carcasses and even a blind man could tell they don’t co-ordinate. I have been told it was us being too picky. I have had a workman indecently exposing himsef in my kitchen and due to being told damage was not done by the company I setup a cctv ip camera and recorded this incident. Due to the company lying to me I have also recorded conversations so these could then be played back to them stating they did make these promises. A website has been created as the Managing Director told me he was not frightened of the internet and the photographs can be viewed and can you give me your opinion of wether to rip the whole lot out or try and get another company to make the work good. thanks. |

Thank you for sharing your experience. I had to remove the link to your blog as there may be legal restrictions on the unauthorised taping or filming of an individual without their permission but I was sorry to hear of the stress this situation has caused you. There are independent assessors who you could call on to act as an intermediary between you and the company and I believe that this is possibly the best avenue for resolving this situation. |
