Has anyone any advice on these units, Some people have told me they are notorious unreliable.
They range in price hugely for £100 to £300.
Thanks for any advice you guys have.

Although I’m not a great fan of waste disposals due to the smells that can emonate from them, not a particularly attractive feature in a

kitchen, designs have improved of late and some users swear by their role in the kitchen.

As for reliability, they do often jam up but this can be corrected and provision for this often comes in the form of a user tool provided with the unit.

Price is linked, like most appliances, to specification and the more features a unit has, for instance, worktop activated air switches, greater capacity or power, then the more

expensive the model.

I understand that food waste left in a waste bin is less attractive and some time ago thought of inventing an alternative in the form of a chute direct to your bin but time hasn’t

allowed yet.

I would share my thoughts with anyone wishing to make progress on developement of a product and would be interested in the views of forum members to such a concept.
