I’m revamping my kitchen but am a complete novice, I’d like to include a dishwasher, but

don’t want to compromise too much of the existing layout .. I don’t suppose it could go under the hob could it?

Welcome to the forum.

Dishwashers are best sited close to the sink and preferably close to an exterior wall. Although it is not illegal to site one under a dishwasher it will spoil the aesthetics of your

kitchen and I would attempt to seek an alternative location for it.

In order to include a dishwasher in your layout you now have greater scope to do so as two sizes are available in both 600mm and 450mm versions of built under, semi integrated and

fully integrated dishwahers.
