Our team of dedicated installers are all trained at our premises and follow standard template and installation guidelines. The installation is covering within the manufacturers 10 year limited warranty.

Thin core quartz surfaces have become more readily available to UK worktop consumers, do you consider these a threat to the ambitions for your product and if not, why not?
We don’t believe you can substitute the quality of appearance of a solid 30mm/40mm surface. There will always be a market for a cheaper thinner product but most people will aspire to the greater product.
What is your guarantee policy and how efficient do you consider your aftercare to be in the event of a client Manufacturing defect issue?
We have a internal customer services team who deal with all after sales issues and this is backed up by regional Technical Managers.
The difference in cost of quartz surfaces when compared with laminate surfaces, is quite substantial. How would you justify a consumer paying the difference to buy your surface?
The difference in purchasing an Apollo Quartz work surface over laminate is huge – there is no comparison in the finish and feel of the two products and installing a solid surface surface into your kitchen increases the value / desirability of your property.
