Do you govern the correct installation of your products and is proper installation connected to the Manufacturing warranty of your surface?

CaesarStone worktops in the UK is fabricated & installed by a preferred network of skilled fabricators. The fabricator/installer is responsible for correct installation, however CaesarStone provide a ‘Fabrication & Instruction Manual’ to ensure best practice. CaesarStone offer a 15 year guarantee.

The difference in cost of quartz surfaces when compared with laminate surfaces, is quite substantial. How would you justify a consumer paying the difference to buy your surface?

Laminate surfaces and CaesarStone quartz worktops are very different products, with different properties and appeal. Therefore it is very difficult to draw a comparison.
