Swanstone provides an attractive & stylish surface - yet is uncompromisingly tough.

Do you govern the correct installation of your products and is proper installation connected to the Manufacturing warranty of your surface?
Yes, the correct supply & installation of our products are handled by us or our onward suppliers in the UK. Installers have the relevant experience & training required.
The material has no expansion or contraction and our worktops are made to an easyfit format - this means that many of the usual installation issues & problems attached to this type of material are not a concern.
With an increasing number of manufacturers producing solid surfaces, how competitive do you believe the price of your product to be?
Very competitive. Also, unique to Swanstone and unlike other producers we have many pre-made/finished items (for kitchens & bathrooms) on the range which are extremely competitively priced.
Thin core acrylic surfaces up to 3mm thickness have become more readily available to UK worktop consumers, do you consider these a threat to the ambitions for your product and if not, why not?
Not really concerned, our standard Swanstone kitchen worktop blank range is proving to be very successful in the UK. Obviously, due to the economy the industry is currently under some strain but customer feedback for our range is excellent and customers are choosing it over other competitive products because of its look & material benefits.
What is your guarantee policy and how efficient do you consider your aftercare to be in the event of a client Manufacturing defect issue?
The Swanstone material is covered by the manufacturers 10 warranty. An excellent level of customer service, aftercare, assistance & advice if offered by all suppliers of the material.
The difference in cost of solid surfaces when compared with laminate surfaces, is quite substantial. How would you justify a consumer paying the difference to buy your surface?
Customers decisions are no longer based purely on price alone. Cheaper alternatives may be considered but enevitably when researched customers are now more likely to choose a higher quality product (at a fair price) that meets their needs, give them good service and justifies their investment. We have every confidence that the quality, properties and benefits of our product sell themselves.
