Solid Surface Manufacturers Survey
Solid Surfaces are becoming the preferred choice of countertop for a growing number of consumers so with such a large variety to choose from we asked 10 Leading manufacturers five demanding questions to assist the consumer in making a choice.
The survey attracted responses from five of the leading manufacturers.
Invited participants were, Corian, Hi-Macs, Capri, Karadon, Wilsonart, Paracor, Swanstone, UK Marble(Granite), Zodiaq and Staron
Our respect and admiration go out to Karadon, Corian, Zodiaq, Swanstone and Hi-Macs for allowing our visitors to make an educated choice on which solid surface to choose for their kitchen. They have all shown a commitment to the consumer and their products by answering our questions.

Kitchen Furniture Manufacturers Survey
On October 1st 2003, We invited ten kitchen furniture manufacturers to respond to six questions, their answers to which may prove instrumental in your decision of where you buy your new kitchen.
Manufacturers invited to participate were,Magnet, MFI, Bernstein, Wentworth, Paula Rosa, Crown Imperial, Moores, Smallbone of Devizes, Symphony and Ikea.

We were disappointed that eight of the companies approached decided not to answer the searching questions our visitors would like to know before purchasing their goods. Full marks however, must go to both Magnet and Wentworth for responding to the demanding questions we posed and in doing so they offer our visitors the opportunity to learn of their commitment.
We feel those who declined this opportunity were unwise to ignore the fact that the vast majority of consumers are internet-abled and now research before buying.
Kitchen Appliance Manufacturers Survey
We posed five searching questions to ten leading appliance manufacturers. All were given ample opportunity to reply but it seems only five decided to respond. All had one month to reply.
Manufacturers invited to participate were, Neff, Hotpoint, Electrolux, Smeg, Baumatic, Britannia, Fisher & Paykel, Whirlpool, Lofra and Brandt.
This was no glossy advertising opportunity but more a chance to inform you, the customer, of their commitment to your satisfaction before you buy their products.

We would like to commend Neff, Hotpoint, Electrolux, Smeg and Baumatic for responding to the demanding questions we posed and we consider their replies as a reflection of a commitment to their customers and of particular benefit to our 270 unique daily visitors.
