Television Appearances.
Tim Foley's background is entirely in kitchens from installation to contracting, leading installation teams across the country undertaking site and retail projects, through to Consultant, a role that led to various TV Projects and in 2002 he was invited as Project Consultant during the final series of ITV'S Better Homes, later in 2004 he was invited to a meeting to discuss a new home improvement show attempting to apply makeovers to up to 5 rooms in 60 Minutes. Never one to shirk a challenge, Tim was invited along as Project Consultant for the show, ITV's 60 Minute Makeover and he remained on the show for Series 1 and 2..Tim's role, as well as leading a hand picked team of tradesmen on screen, was to source innovative and exciting products for the show and particularly for makeovers that required kitchen products, his speciality. His best friend, Kevin Patten, the show's painter, remains on the show and a recent episode, recently featured him as the proud entrant into the Guinness Book of Records as the world's fastest paper hanger.
In 2005, Tim was sought as Project Consultant for his proudest achievement to date - an ITV Tonight with Trevor McDonald special, New Homes or Old, where he was assigned to renovate a derelict Liverpool house in 3 weeks on a budget of £24,000.
