Care and Maintenance of Luxore

Highly stain and scratch resistant, Luxore is easy to clean using non-abrasive, non-bleach liquid household cleaners - and because it is non-porous it doesn't require any sealants or waxes.
Even when the odd, inevitable stain does occur - such as wine, vinegar, tea, lemon juice, soda, fruit or vegetable juice spills - these are easily removed and the surface restored to the original highly polished appearance in a matter of minutes. As with any surface spills should be wiped away immediately they occur

The Luxore Worktops Residential Warranty Explained
Luxore Quartz Surfaces warrants to the owner of the original installation that (the “product”), when installed in accordance with Luxore current installation procedures shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of installation of the product.
The sole responsibility and liability of Luxore during the warranty period shall be at the option of Luxore to either replace or refund the purchase price of the Luxore Quartz Surfacing products shown to be defective.
During the first five (5) years following completion of installation, Luxore shall be responsible for either replacement of the product found by it to be defective or, at the option of Luxore to pay the product replacement cost, but in no case more than the original invoice cost of the product found to be defective. During the second five (5) years of the warranty period, Luxore will pay fifty percent (50%) of the original invoice price of the defective product. Under no circumstances will Luxore be responsible for the cost of other material or products in addition to the Luxore quartz surfacing which is the subject of this warranty, nor will Luxore pay for the cost of fabrication, removal or installation of the defective product.
LUXORE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTALLATION OF LUXORE QUARTZ SURFACING. IN NO EVENT SHALL LUXORE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER LOSS), WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF LUXORE EVEN IF LUXORE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
In order for Luxore to respond under this warranty, the defects that appear or should have been discovered after the exercise of reasonable diligence. Luxore or authorized agents must be permitted to inspect the product and thereafter to follow Luxore warranty services procedures. All decisions regarding the existence of manufacturing defects or affecting this warranty shall be made by Luxore and shall be final binding upon the parties.
This warranty applies to products that have been maintained according to the Luxore Quartz Surfacing Care and Maintenance Instructions. This warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, misuse, and damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions physical or chemical abuse, or uses of products exposed to outside weather and climate conditions. In addition, Luxore shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, climate, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, accident, war, nor defective or improper workmanship by the installer or any laborer, nor any other damage or injury not solely and directly caused by defects in products covered by this warranty.
This warranty is issued to the original owner of the structure into which the warranted product was installed and expires upon transfer of the ownership of the structure to a third party.
This is the only product warranty made by Luxore for Luxore Quartz Surfacing. No representative, dealer or any other person is authorized to make or makes any warranty, representation or promise on behalf of Luxore with respect to such products. No terms or conditions other than those stated herein, and no agreement or understanding, oral or written, in any way purporting to modify this warranty shall be binding upon Luxore unless made in writing and signed by an authorized employee of Luxore. This warranty shall be null and void unless the products have been paid for in full.
This warranty shall be interpreted exclusively under the law
