Orders and Delivery
Christmas and New Year Delivery Dates
Orders placed prior to 9:30am on December 24th Will be delivered on December 29th 2008. There are no deliveries available between the 29th of december and the 5th of January. Any orders made between 9:30am December 24th and 11:00am January 5th will be delivered on January 6th 2009.
Delivery and vat costs are included within all our prices and there are no hidden extras. The majority of products are available in stock but should any product not be in stock we will notify you of the soonest delivery date.
If order your order is placed before 11.00am Monday to Thursday, we can send the order for next day delivery if the item ordered is in stock. Next day deliveries have optional time slots and you need to request the chosen slot when ordering. Time slots available are as follows: before 12pm or before 5pm
Items ordered before 11am on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday if they are in stock. Items ordered after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery, again, providing the product is in stock. Orders received after 11.00am will be dispatched the following day to arrive two days from order. It is important that you open and check the item when delivered and any damage should be registered with us immediately.
Returns
All goods must be checked for damage and we should be notified on the day of delivery. Should you wish to return the good because of non suitability yet remain undamaged, there will be a statuory 25% re-stocking fee incurred.
